The Material Library manages all materials used in the shopping guide system. These materials include images, videos, and miniapps for Shopping Guide Tasks and Daily Operations.
The Material Library contains all content from the Shopping Guide Materials library. When you add materials to the Shopping Guide Materials library, they are automatically stored in the Material Library.
All materials in Shopping Guide Materials also exist in the Material Library. Any additions or modifications to materials in Shopping Guide Materials are automatically synchronized with the Material Library. For example, if you rename a material or change its text content in one library, the change is automatically applied in the other.
If you delete a material from the Material Library, the corresponding material in Shopping Guide Materials is also deleted. However, if you delete a material from Shopping Guide Materials, the corresponding material in the Material Library is not deleted.
Add materials
Click Add Material in the upper-right corner. The supported material types are text, image, video, webpage, and miniapp page. After you upload a material, you can click its type to view or manage it in the corresponding category. The format requirements for each material type are as follows:
Text
Title: 60-character limit.
Content: No character limit.
Image/Video
You can upload files directly from your local computer. The file name is automatically used as the title. You can upload image and video files in batches. When you edit a title, it is limited to 128 characters. Longer titles are automatically truncated.
Image size limit: 2 MB. Supported formats: jpg, png, jpeg, gif.
Video size limit: 10 MB. Supported format: mp4.
Webpage
Title: 60-character limit.
Address: The link format must be validated.
Share image: Used for display on frontend H5 cards. Size limit: 2 MB. Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
Share description: Used for display on frontend H5 cards. Single-line text, no character type restrictions, 60-character limit.
Miniapp page
Title (for backend view only): 60-character limit.
Miniapp name:
Single-line text with a 30-character limit. Supports Chinese characters, English letters, numbers, and the plus (+) symbol.
Only one plus (+) symbol is allowed, and it must be at the end of the miniapp name. For example, "QA Store Manager+".
App ID: The format must be validated.
Original ID: The format must be validated.
Page path: No format validation required.
Share description: Single-line text, no character type restrictions, 60-character limit.
Share image: Size limit: 2 MB. Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
Miniapp icon: Size limit: 2 MB. Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
Search for materials
The search feature is located as shown in the following image. The search details are as follows:
You can search for keywords in the title or content of text materials. You can also search for keywords in the titles or file names of other material types.
You can search for materials by title. Enter a keyword and click Search to start the search. Click Reset to show all materials again.
The search applies to all materials in the library.
English searches are not case-sensitive.
Edit materials
Single material operations
Hover your mouse over a material's image. The Download, Rename, and Delete buttons appear. Click a button to perform the corresponding action.
Batch material operations
Select materials: You can select materials in two ways: manually check or uncheck the box for each material, or click Select All to select all materials at once.
Batch operations: Click Batch Download or Batch Delete to perform the operation on all selected materials.
Batch download: Select the materials, then click Batch Download. Only image and video materials can be downloaded in a batch.
Batch delete: Select the materials, click Batch Delete, and then click OK. If a material you delete is also in the Shopping Guide Materials library, it is deleted from there as well.
