Shopping Guide List
This list displays the name, ID, status, phone number, assigned outlet, and personal welcome message for each shopping guide.
Search or filter shopping guides
Search by name, ID, or phone number: You can perform a fuzzy search by name, or an exact search by ID or phone number.
Filter by outlet: You can filter the list to show shopping guides from a specific outlet.
Filter by status: You can filter the list by shopping guide status. The available options are All and Resigned.
Procedure:
Sync shopping guide data: Pulls the latest shopping guide data from the configured scope of your WeCom application.

Customer Data
Total customers: The number of customers attached to the shopping guide.
New friends: The number of new friends the shopping guide added during the selected time frame.
Lost friends: The number of friends who deleted or blocked the shopping guide during the selected time frame.
Friend requests sent: The number of friend requests the shopping guide sent to customers during the selected time frame.
Total messages: The total number of messages sent during the selected time frame.
Customer chats: The number of customers the shopping guide contacted during the selected time frame.
Chat reply rate: The percentage of customer-initiated chats that the shopping guide replied to during the selected time frame.
Average first reply time: The average time in minutes for the shopping guide to send a first reply to a customer during the selected time frame.
Coupon Marketing Data
Coupons sent: The number of coupons the shopping guide sent during the selected time frame.
Coupons redeemed: The number of coupons sent by the shopping guide that were redeemed during the selected time frame.
Shopping Guide Task Data
Task completion: The number of completed tasks divided by the total number of tasks received.
Task Mini Program open rate: The average open rate for Mini Program posters and cards across all of the shopping guide's tasks.
Task link open rate: The average open rate for links across all of the shopping guide's tasks.
Daily Operations Data
Daily operations reach: The total number of customers reached divided by the total number of targeted customers.
Operations poster scan rate: The average scan rate for the Mini Program posters used in the shopping guide's daily operations.
Conversion rate: The percentage of rule-compliant customers who were converted by the shopping guide.
Promotion Performance
Promoted orders: The number of paid orders from customers who are attached to or served by the shopping guide.
Sales amount (CNY): The total order amount from customers who are attached to or served by the shopping guide. This amount excludes refunded items.
Refunded orders: The number of orders that contain refunded items.
Cumulative commission (CNY): The total commission generated from completed orders by customers who are attached to or served by the shopping guide. The commission is settled daily or monthly based on the calculation method set in the commission rules.
