This feature is available only to paid customers and is no longer sold to new customers.

Use Shopping Guide Materials to manage content for shopping guides. The materials appear in groups within the Intelligent Shopping Guide miniapp and the WeCom chat toolbar. You configure these groups in the Shopping Guide Materials module, enabling shopping guides to quickly locate and send materials to customers. You can store brand assets such as product posters, event posters, and high-quality user-generated content, improving efficiency by making materials easy to find and reuse.

Query materials

The search function is located as shown in the figure. The search works as follows:

  • Search for keywords in the title or content of text materials. You can also search for keywords in the title or file name of other material types.

    • Enter a keyword or select a group, then click Query to start the search. After clicking Query, click Reset to display all materials again.

    • The search includes all materials in the backend.

    • The search is not case-sensitive for English letters.

  • Filter materials by the group they belong to.

    • The backend Material Library contains all the content from Shopping Guide Materials. When you add a material to Shopping Guide Materials, it is also automatically stored in the backend Material Library.

    • All materials in Shopping Guide Materials also exist in the Material Library. Any new materials or changes made in Shopping Guide Materials are automatically synced to the Material Library. For example, if a material is renamed or its text content is modified in one location, the change is automatically synced to the other location.

    • If you delete a material from the Material Library, the corresponding material in Shopping Guide Materials is also deleted. However, if you delete a material from Shopping Guide Materials, the corresponding material in the Material Library is not deleted.
