If a rule's Status is Inactive, enable it to resume evaluation.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Config console.
Optional. In the upper-left corner, select an account group.
This operation is required only if you are using a management account of a resource directory. Otherwise, you do not need to perform the operation.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

Enable one or more rules.

Enable a rule
On the Rules page, find the rule and click Enable Rule in the Actions column.

Enable multiple rules at a time
On the Rules page, select the rules and click Enable.

Verify the rule status.
The Status of the rule changes to Active.
