V3.3.27 Release Notes

Version 3.3.27 introduces a redesigned homepage that provides quick access to your recently used features and common functions in the User Insights and User Marketing modules. The new homepage also includes links to Release Notes and Help Documentation, along with new sections for Omni-channel CDP Marketing Scenarios, Links, and Latest Cases to help you understand the capabilities of Quick Audience and improve your marketing results.

What's new

  • The redesigned homepage is shown below.

    • Top navigation bar: Provides access to all product modules.

    • My Recently Used: Displays the features you have used most frequently in the past month.

    • My User Insight:

      • Click Create Dataset or Create Model to open the Dataset page, where you can create datasets and models.

        Below these buttons, the total count of each created dataset and model type is displayed. Click a count to open the corresponding user analysis page to perform user analysis.

      • Click Create Audience to open the audience filtering page to filter audiences.

        Below this button, the total number of created audiences is displayed. Click the number to open the audience management page, where you can perform basic operations or push audiences.

    • My User Marketing:

      • Click Create Private Marketing Campaign or Create Ad Marketing Campaign to open the corresponding marketing module page to create marketing campaigns for various channels.

        Below these buttons, the total number of created marketing campaigns for each channel is displayed. Click a number to open the corresponding campaign management page.

      • Click Create Automated Marketing Campaign to open the task configuration page to create an automated marketing campaign.

        Below this button, the total number of created automated marketing campaigns is displayed. Click the number to open the task management page.

    • Omni-channel CDP Marketing Scenarios and Links: Displays product capabilities in a functional architecture diagram.

    • My Workspace: You can select a workspace here before entering a feature page. You can also switch workspaces from the upper-left corner of any feature page.

    • Release Notes: Provides the release notes for the three most recent versions.

    • Help Documents: Provides links to help documentation for common features. Clicking a link opens the Quick Audience help center, where you can find documentation for all online features.

    • Latest Cases: Illustrates how Quick Audience drives digital consumer operations through real-world case studies.

Limitations

The updates in this release apply only to the Standard Edition of Quick Audience.
