Webhook Task Management

Navigate to Workspace > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > Webhook > Standard Tasks. This page displays execution information for standard Webhook tasks.

Task list

The list displays the task name, associated sub-activities, audience name, ID type, and status. If a number is displayed for the associated sub-activities, hover over the number to view all of them. The statuses include the following:

  • Pending

  • Sending

  • Finished

  • Failed

You can perform the following operations:

  • View Details: View the sending status of a task. For more information, see the View details section.

  • Edit: You can edit pending tasks that are scheduled to be sent more than 10 minutes from now.

  • Delete: You can delete finished or failed tasks, or pending tasks that are scheduled to be sent more than 10 minutes from now.

View details

Click View Details for a task to open its details page.

The page displays the following information:

  • Task name, send time, Webhook name, and parameter values.

  • The total number of sends for the task, and the number of successful and failed sends.

    Note

    The Successful and Failed statuses are defined in Webhook Management. A first-party or third-party system provides this status information by sending a delivery receipt. This receipt must be sent within the specified data collection period, which is indicated by a countdown timer on the right. Receipts sent after this period are not accepted.

  • Details for each recipient ID, the corresponding receipt time, and the send result (status value).
