Open capabilities

Private DingTalk offers its open capabilities to developers through the Open Platform. Open APIs include address book APIs, logon and authentication APIs, message notification APIs, DING feature APIs, audio and video conferencing APIs, and client APIs. The Open Platform provides a unified gateway service and API call authentication.

The Private DingTalk Open Platform supports the integration of H5 applications and custom robots.

Integration capabilities

Third-party partners use the Private DingTalk integrated development and management platform to integrate custom-built or purchased capabilities. These capabilities include WPS, text message gateways, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and third-party authentication. Partners develop these integrations based on the platform's underlying capabilities. The integrations are delivered to customers as packaged projects, which enables third-party capabilities in the Private DingTalk client.
