Secure Collaborative Query Language (SCQL) is a service based on Secure Multi-party Computation (SMPC) technology. It performs joint analysis on data from multiple parties using secure encryption algorithms.

SMPC technology is ideal for scenarios where raw data must remain local while being jointly analyzed with a partner's data. This technology makes data usable without revealing it. In industries such as finance and healthcare, this service helps organizations discover, circulate, and add value to data while meeting compliance requirements and protecting the data's value for all participants. The SCQL console is a visual platform that allows data analysts to explore and analyze data from multiple parties to extract value.

Benefits

The Multi-party Security Analytics service provides the following advantages:

  • Secure

SCQL performs joint data analysis across multiple parties based on SMPC technology. The raw data never leaves its local environment. The privacy-preserving computation technology used in this product was one of the first to be certified under the "Technical Specification for Secure Multi-party Computation in Financial Applications" by the People's Bank of China.

  • Easy to use

The flexibility of analytics queries can make it difficult to secure the results. SCQL solves this problem. It allows data owners to configure data by column and security level within a project. Users can flexibly write and test script files within defined control limits. This process does not require manual review.

  • High performance

Operator performance is refined and optimized through real-world business applications. Typical operators for analytics scenarios are optimized with SMPC solutions to deliver industry-leading performance.

  • Extensible

SCQL and other products on the Ant Privacy-Preserving Computation Platform share the same core resource management platform and system framework. This design lets you assemble product features to create precise and complete solutions as needed.

Scenarios

Multi-party security analytics has a wide range of applications. The following sections describe its use in marketing and risk control scenarios.

Marketing scenario

Institution A's customer profile information is isolated from Institution B's ad access information. Using joint analysis, they can determine how often specific customer groups access different ad slots, all while keeping their respective data local. This analysis helps both institutions gain insights into the value of their customer information.

Risk control scenario

Joint analysis technology enables multiple financial institutions to analyze the borrowing behavior of specific individuals. This process assesses a borrower's repayment ability based on their total loan amount while protecting the data privacy of each institution. This prevents an individual's total loan amount from far exceeding their ability to repay.
