Overview
The Alibaba Mail web client lets you receive emails from other accounts, such as NetEase Mail and Tencent Mail. This feature saves time by gathering all your emails in one place.
Emails from other mailboxes are delivered to the Other Mailboxes folder, not the Inbox. If you use a third-party email client, you must configure your account to use the IMAP protocol to receive these emails. The POP3 protocol only retrieves emails from the Inbox.
You can add up to five other mailboxes in Alibaba Mail.

To add another mailbox in Alibaba Mail, follow these steps:
1. Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client and click the Settings button in the upper-right corner.
2. On the Settings page, choose Mailbox Settings > Other Mailboxes, and then click Add Other Mailbox.
3. In the Add Other Mailbox window, enter the email address, username, and password for the account you want to add. Set POP Server to Auto-detect (Recommended). For Send Settings, select Send using Alibaba Mail (Recommended). Click OK.
4. If the setup fails when you use the Auto-detect (Recommended) option, select Manual setup. For the POP server address and port, use the information from your other email provider.
5. After a successful setup, the added mailbox appears under Other Mailboxes in the navigation pane on the left.
