Emails from a third-party mailbox are not received at certain times

Problem description

Sometimes, emails sent from a third-party mailbox are not received by an Alibaba Mail mailbox.

Solutions

1. If an email from a third-party mailbox is not received, but other emails from the same sender are received normally and the sender does not receive a bounce email, the email likely failed to deliver to the Alibaba Mail system. Contact the sender and ask them to check their email delivery logs to find the cause of the failure.

2. If the sender confirms that the email was sent to Alibaba Mail but they did not receive a bounce email, send the specific email details and a description of the issue to alimail_voc@alibaba-inc.com.
