Service suspension is the automatic stoppage of a service because your account has an overdue payment. Billing stops for suspended services. This topic describes what to expect during a service suspension.
If your account has an overdue payment, your services are at risk of suspension. You will receive a notification from the system. To avoid service interruptions, renew your services promptly.
Overdue payments
Your account has an overdue payment if your available balance, which includes your Alibaba Cloud account balance, vouchers, and coupons, is less than your outstanding bill.
Log on to the SOFAStack console. Click Expenses in the top navigation bar. On the Expenses and Costs page, add funds to your account.
Service suspension
A service is suspended 24 hours after the payment becomes overdue, and billing for the service stops. Your data is retained for 15 days by default.
Cleared data cannot be recovered. After you renew, the service is not automatically resumed. You must manually start the service in the console.
