Problem description
Alibaba Mail returns the following error to the sender:
454 Transient reject by behaviour spam...Cause
The sending or receiving frequency or volume exceeds Alibaba Mail limits, triggering a temporary rejection by the behavior-based anti-spam filter.
Outbound email limits: The Free Edition allows 2,000 emails per day per enterprise. Paid editions allow 2,500 emails per day per account, with no enterprise-wide limit.
Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to adjust these limits based on system conditions.

Reduce the sending frequency

Reduce the sending frequency and volume from your sending system. The restriction lifts automatically when sending returns to normal levels.
If you exceed the per-minute or per-hour limit, pause delivery briefly and retry.
If you exceed the daily limit, pause delivery for the rest of the day and retry after 24 hours.
