View task alert information
This topic describes how to view alert information for data migration and data synchronization tasks, including alerts that are pending, have been sent, or are being retried.
Background information
Data Transmission Service automatically monitors task alert events, such as migration task failures, migration task latency, sync task failures, and sync task latency. It sends task alert information through configured alert channels.
On the data migration and data synchronization task list pages, tasks with active alerts display an Alerting tag. This tag remains for 2 minutes. If an alert event was triggered for a task in the last 2 minutes, the Alerting tag continues to display for 2 minutes, even if you disable the alerting and monitoring system.
Procedure
Log on to the OceanBase Management Console .
In the navigation pane on the left, click Data Transmission Service > System Administration. The Task Alert Information page appears by default.

By default, the page displays alert information from the Last week. In the upper-right corner, you can select Last week, Last 3 weeks, Last month, or Last 3 months from the drop-down list to change the time range.
On the Task Alert Messages page, you can filter messages by Alert Event and Send Status. You can also click a task name to go directly to the corresponding data migration or data synchronization task.
The alert event types are Migration task failed, Migration task latency, Sync task failed, Inconsistent sync task status, and Sync task latency.
The send statuses for alert messages are as follows:
Pending: The alert is waiting to be scheduled for sending.
Send failed: The alert failed to send to the channel due to an issue, such as a network problem.
Sent: The alert was successfully sent to the channel.
ImportantAfter the status changes to Sent, there may be a delay before you receive the alert message.
Resolved: If no new alert is triggered for 3 hours, the alert event is automatically marked as resolved.
Retrying: The system is attempting to resend an alert message that previously failed to send.
