When you use the Post Office Protocol (POP) with Alibaba Mail, you can customize which emails to retrieve.
Procedure
Log on to the Alibaba Mail web client, and click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
On the Settings page, select the email retrieval scope for POP.
The POP settings include the following options:
Enable POP for all mail, including mail that's already been downloaded: Retrieves all emails from your inbox.
Enable POP for mail from now on (retrieves only new mail for multiple clients): Retrieves new emails that arrive after you enable this setting.
Only retrieve mail from the last (number of days) days (up to 180 days): Retrieves emails received within the specified number of days. You can retrieve emails from up to the last 180 days.
