Send a broadcast email to multiple recipients by entering addresses manually, selecting contacts from the address book, or adding a contact group.
Alibaba Mail is designed for regular business correspondence. Delivery rates for bulk promotional or unsolicited emails to external recipients are not guaranteed. To avoid disruptions, send in smaller batches at lower frequency over an extended period.
Procedure
1. In the compose window, click the Recipient field. Suggested recipients appear. You can also type email addresses directly.
2. Click Recipient to open the address book. Select multiple contacts and add them in a batch.
To add all contacts in a contact group, click the + button next to the group name.
3. To send internal notifications to all mailboxes in your domain, use the mail group feature.
