Scenario
The Unread folder in Alibaba Mail lists all unread emails. Once you read an email, it is removed from this folder. To find it again, check its original folder.
Procedure
View all unread emails in this folder. The red number shows the total unread count.
Notes
Original folder: The folder where the email was received.
If an email is unread, it appears in both the Unread folder and its original folder.
If an email is read, it appears only in its original folder and is removed from the Unread folder.
