To delete or empty emails in Alibaba Mail Webmail, use one of the following methods.
1. Emails you delete are moved to the Deleted folder.
2. Emptying a folder permanently deletes its emails from your mailbox.
3. Permanently deleting an email removes it from your mailbox.
Method 1
While viewing an email, select Delete from the ... More menu.
Method 2
While viewing an email, click the Delete button above the email.
Method 3
In the email list, check the box for one or more emails. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the page. The selected emails are moved to the Deleted folder. Click the Permanently Delete button to permanently remove the emails from your mailbox.
To delete all emails that meet specific criteria in a batch, use the advanced search feature. Search for the emails based on your criteria, select all results, and then delete them.
Method 4
To empty all emails from the Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Deleted, Spam, or Other Mailboxes folders, click the Empty this folder button next to the folder name.
Method 5
To empty the Follow-up, Completed, Important, or Unread folders, first move all emails to the Deleted or Spam folder. Then, follow Method 4 to empty the folder.
Method 6
Set up your email account in a client such as Outlook or Foxmail using the POP3 protocol. In the client settings, do not select the Keep a copy of messages on the server option. In your Webmail settings, allow the client to delete emails. This setup moves all emails from your Webmail inbox to the Deleted folder. The following images show an example in Outlook:

Set up your email account in a client such as Outlook or Foxmail using the IMAP protocol. When you delete an email in the client, the email is also deleted from Webmail. For configuration details, see common third-party client configurations.
