Status code and error code
This topic provides the information returned when the audio and video call status or network status is abnormal or access errors occurred.
Call status code
Status Code | Description |
|---|---|
1101 | The camera is successfully turned on. |
1102 | The microphone is successfully turned on. |
1003 | The live streaming has started. |
1004 | The live streaming has been paused. |
1005 | The live streaming ended. |
Network status code
Status code | Description |
|---|---|
1000 | Congested RTMP stream ingestion. |
1001 | The congestion of RTMP stream ingestion ended. |
1100 | The current status is non-Wi-Fi status. |
1101 | Switched to Wi-Fi. |
1102 | No network currently. |
Error code
Error code | Description |
|---|---|
-1300 | The user denied the access to the camera. |
-1301 | The user denied the access to the microphone. |
-1302 | Failed to turn on the camera. |
-1303 | Failed to turn on the microphone. |
-1500 | Network error. |
-1600 | The parameter passed in is incorrect. |
-1000 | Undefined internal error. |
