This feature is available only to paid customers and is no longer sold to new customers.
1. Product repository
Manage product repositories, add new products, and set product information.
Note: (1) Five product repositories are added during initialization. The following figure shows these five repositories. You can add different products to different repositories.
(2) Products in a repository are sourced from associated POP platform stores and offline outlets. This lets you quickly list and delist products in the mall.
(3) By default, searches are performed using the merchant code. Fuzzy search is supported.

Add: Click Add to open the new product interface. Enter the basic information and specifications for the product, and then click Next to enter the product details.
Preview product: Click Preview and scan the QR code to preview the product details page as it will appear to consumers.
Edit product: Click Edit to modify product information.
Note: You can edit the specification image at any time, such as when you add, edit, or manage a product's association with an outlet.
Image changes sync instantly to the miniapp page.
Specification images on the miniapp:
Delete product: Click the Delete button to delete the product.
Note: A product cannot be deleted if it is associated with a digital store. For example, a newly created product that has not been configured can be deleted. However, once you add inventory, which indirectly associates the product with a store, it can no longer be deleted. You can still modify the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) information of a listed product and choose whether to display it to consumers.
Set product category: Click Batch Categorization to set or modify product categories. On the consumer side, products are displayed according to their assigned category.
To add a new product category, go to Membership Platform > Product Hub > Product Settings > Product Category.
2. Listing and delisting management
Search and view: You can search for products by criteria such as digital store, product repository, category, and code.
Note: The product price search uses the actual selling price, not the suggested retail price.
Note: The store list pulls all stores from the regions that are configured based on your account's permissions.
Batch listing and delisting
Scenario 1: When you launch a new product, you need to upload it to all digital stores. After you synchronize the product's inventory information, search for the product in the warehouse, select it, and then click Batch Listing.
Scenario 2: When you open a new store, you can select the store on the left and then use the batch listing feature to add products to it.
Batch delisting
Scenario 3: To delist a product from all digital stores, click In Stock, filter for the product, select the items in a batch, and then click Batch Delisting.
Customize product page
The automatic synchronization of product repository details option is checked by default. This means that when the product details in the repository are updated, the details on this page are also updated.
Scenario: Multiple stores sell the same product. If you edit the product page in the product repository, the product pages in all these stores are updated simultaneously. If one store needs to use a custom page, you can clear the automatic synchronization of product repository details checkbox and customize the page design.
Download live streaming assets: The assets that you download here can be uploaded to the miniapp live stream. Click Regenerate to create and download the latest assets.
Note: Assets are downloaded manually. Currently, you can go to Store Promotion > Store Live Stream > Live Stream Product Repository. Approved products are displayed directly in the miniapp live channel repository, so you do not need to download and upload them manually.
6. Listing status: You can list products that have inventory to sell them in digital stores.
Note: If there is no sales inventory, you cannot list the product. A product with zero inventory is considered sold out and is automatically delisted from the consumer side. When you use a product component for a store or micropage design, products with zero inventory are not displayed on the consumer side. If you use an event entry point link and select a product, you can choose to have the link automatically expire or randomly redirect to another store.
7. Edit: You can edit the selling price and sales inventory. The warehouse inventory is set in Inventory Management.
Note: (1) The warehouse inventory is the sum of all inventory from the warehouse attached to the digital store and from offline outlets that have warehouses. To change this value, go to Inventory Management and edit the inventory for the corresponding warehouse.
(2) The consumer side displays the sales inventory. An automatic calibration logic exists between the sales inventory and the actual inventory. If the sales inventory is greater than the actual inventory, the sales inventory is automatically set to equal the actual inventory.
(3) By default, the selling price is synchronized with the brand's retail price. To set a custom price, you can clear the checkbox and enter your desired price.
Synchronize price changes to other stores
Currently, most stores follow a standardized model where all products are managed centrally by the group. The price and details are the same for each store. When a product's price changes, you must go to the back end to perform the price change operation.
The price change pop-up window has a synchronization option. If you select this option, the price change is synchronized to other stores.
Before the change:
8. Change: Select Synchronize price changes to other stores and confirm. The price of this product is updated to the current selling price in all stores that are under your account's permissions and have the product listed. After synchronization, if the product in other stores was set to Synchronize suggested retail price, that option is automatically cleared, and the price is updated to the new price.
After the change:
9. More: You can preview the product or copy its link.
3. Inventory management
View by product: You can search for products by product repository, category, name, or number. Click Set Inventory to set the warehouse inventory for the product.
Warehouses include digital store warehouses associated with the Membership Club and warehouses created by Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
View by warehouse: You can view the products in a specific warehouse. Click Set Inventory to set the inventory for a product in that warehouse.
