Product Hub
This feature is available only to existing paid customers and is no longer offered to new customers.
1. Introduction
Product Hub integrates omnichannel products. It lets you merge products based on the product library and create custom product tags. You can then use these tags in Retail CRM > Customer Insights to filter customer groups.
2. Product settings
2.1 Product categories
In a selected product library, you can either customize product categories or sync them from Tmall or Taobao.
Note: When synchronization is enabled, you cannot edit or delete categories that are synced from official sources. To edit or delete these categories, you must first disable synchronization. You can manually add new categories to a synced category tree. The synchronization from Taobao or Tmall supports a maximum of 20 categories.
(2) To add a product category in the selected product library, enter a name and a display image for the level-one category. The display image appears in the Points Mall miniapp. The image must be smaller than 512 KB. The recommended dimensions are 150 × 150 pixels.
(3) After you add a level-one category, you can add subcategories under it. The category structure supports up to four levels. A parent category inherits all products from its subcategories.
2.2 Product Tag Management
You can create product tags and apply them to products using the SKU tagging module or API operations. You can then use these tags to filter customer groups in Retail CRM > Customer Insights > Transaction Attributes > Order Product Filter. This lets you analyze and market to these groups in Data Marketing and run customer care campaigns for them in Automated Services.
2.3 Product tagging
You can tag items at the product level or the product SKU level. You can use product-level tagging for products without SKU properties. You can enter merchant codes and product IDs manually or import them in small batches. You can also import data in large batches to tag products or product SKUs directly.
In Retail CRM > Customer Insights > Transaction Attributes > Order Product Filter, you can use product tags to filter customer groups:

3.1 Product library
You can select a product library. Products in the library are not region-specific. Each product has a unique product code to prevent duplicates. The product library is a collection of product templates, not items that are actively for sale.
You can filter products by title, product category, product code, or suggested retail price. You can also categorize products, and products in the Points Mall can be displayed based on their category.
Note: You can import multiple product codes to search for products.
(3) The product list shows the sales volume for each product and the store where it is sold. You can click View Details to see sales information for each product variant.
(4) Edit: You can edit a product's SKU information after the product has been listed.
3.2 Store products
Store products are the collection of items sold in stores across all your channels. Each store product corresponds to a product in the product library. The store product list may contain duplicates because the same product can be sold in multiple stores.
You can filter for products on sale in a specific store by platform, store, and product ID. You can also filter for a class of products by price, inventory level, and sales volume.
Note: You can enter merchant codes and product IDs manually or import them in a batch.
Relationship between store products and the product library: In the Membership Club, you can create products in the product library. After a product is created, you can select it from the library, set a price, and list it for sale in a store.
