Data statistics reports

Prerequisites

• You have enabled the manual review service. After-sales support must enable this service. If the Content Moderation service is not enabled, manual review options are not displayed in the console.

  To enable the service, contact our after-sales support by joining the Alibaba Cloud Content Moderation Q&A DingTalk group (ID: 35573806). In your join request, provide your company name and job title, such as Developer, Product Manager, or Reviewer. For example: XXX Company + Developer.

• You have integrated the manual review service. For instructions, see Integrate the manual review service.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Content Moderation console.
2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Manual Review > Data Statistics.
3. On the Data Statistics page, select the tab for the content type you want to query: Images, Videos, Text, or Audio.
4. Select a time range and a detection scenario, and then click Query.

   You can query data from the last year. The maximum range per query is one month.

5. View the call statistics for each detection scenario.
   The chart includes the following items:

   • Block Count: The number of detection requests that returned suggestion=block.
   • Pass Count: The number of detection requests that returned suggestion=pass.

   The unit for the number of calls depends on the content type:

   • Images: the number of images.
   • Videos: the number of captured frames or the video duration in minutes.
   • Text: the number of text lines.
   • Audio: the audio duration in minutes.

   You can also click Export Report to download the statistics as an Excel file. The exported data covers the time range specified in your query. The Excel file includes only detection scenarios with API calls. These scenarios correspond to the scene parameter values passed in your API requests. Each sheet corresponds to a detection scenario and lists the daily number of calls.
