How to link an Official Account
This feature is available only to existing paying customers and is not available for new purchases.
How to link an Official Account?
(1) Log on to the system. Go to System Settings > Authorization Management > Official Account Authorization to authorize the Official Account.
The Official Account and WeCom must be on the same Open Platform.
(2) Log on to the WeChat Pay Merchant Platform to associate your merchant ID with the Official Account.
Step 1: Log on to the WeChat Pay Merchant Platform at https://pay.weixin.qq.com
Go to Product Center > AppID Account Management > My Associated AppID Accounts > +Associate AppID to add a new AppID account.
Step 2: Enter the information for your WeChat-verified AppID. Read and sign the "WeChat Pay Merchant ID and AppID Authorization Agreement". Click Submit to send the authorization request.
Step 3: Notify the AppID administrator to log on to the corresponding management console to confirm the information and complete the authorization.
Note: The logon account, including the nickname and AppID, must match the account to be authorized. If they do not match, the confirmation process cannot be completed.
For an Official Account or Subscription Account: Go to the Official Accounts Platform at https://pay.weixin.qq.com
Click WeChat Pay > Merchant ID Management to view the merchant ID information and confirm the authorization request.
(3) Simply select the authorized and associated Official Account in the system.
