Moments Marketing
Benefits
This feature lets you centrally manage Moments posts from your employees. You can deliver standard content and marketing materials to customers and also view and record all posts.
Overview
An administrator or owner edits the content and selects which customers can view it. After a member confirms, the content is published to the customers' Moments. You can also interact with customers through comments. Note: Each customer's Moments can display a maximum of four company-published posts per month.
Instructions
1. Go to WeCom Admin Console > Customer Contact > Tools > Broadcast > Publish to Customer Moments > New Content, as shown in the following figure.
2. Select the recipients. You can send to all company customers or filter customers by member and tag, as shown in the following figure.
3. Enter the content. The supported formats are plain text, text with an image, text with a video, and text with a webpage. Only JPG images and MP4 videos are supported, as shown in the following figure.
4. Send the post. Click Notify Members to Publish. In the confirmation prompt that appears, click Send Notification. A notification is sent to the selected members. After a member confirms, the content is published to the Moments of the specified customers, as shown in the following figure.
5. Member frontend operation: When a member receives the notification, they click Publish. They can then view the details of the pending Moments post. To publish it, they click Send to Customer Moments.
Company post history: An administrator can filter the history of company-published Moments posts by creator, publish status (unpublished or published), and time, as shown in the following figure.
2. Click a post record to view its details.
On the details page, you can view the post content, the customers who can view it, and the publish status for each member. You can also send a reminder to members who have not published the post, as shown in the following figure.
