Email Marketing Task Management

Go to Workspace > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > Mail > Standard Tasks to view execution details for standard email marketing tasks.

Task list

The list shows details for each task, including its associated sub-activities, title, sending type, status, and email platform. It also displays the number of emails sent, successful deliveries, failed deliveries, and invalid addresses. If a number is shown for sub-activities, you can hover over it to view all associated sub-activities.image

The statuses include the following:

  • Pending

  • Sending

  • Completed

  • Failed

You can perform the following operations:

  • View details: View the sending status of the task. For more information, see View details below.

  • Edit: You can edit tasks that have failed, or pending tasks that are scheduled to be sent in more than 10 minutes.

  • Delete: You can delete tasks that have failed, or pending tasks that are scheduled to be sent in more than 10 minutes.

Click View details for a task to open its details page.image

The page displays:

  • Task name, email title, sender address, sender name, email body, address type, and sending time.

    Click Preview to view the email body.

  • The total number of addresses in the task, and the number of successful deliveries, failed deliveries, and invalid addresses.

  • Address details for the task, including the delivery time, delivery result, and reason for failure for each address.

    Click Generate Audience to create a new audience. You can filter users based on successful deliveries, failed deliveries, invalid addresses, or emails marked as spam.

    Note

    Time-to-live (TTL): The address details are saved for 7 days. After this period, the details are deleted, and the Generate Audience button becomes unavailable.
