Updated at:

After a data bank push task is created, the system automatically executes it based on the configuration. Each time it is executed, a push history is generated.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace> User Marketing > Advertising Marketing > Data Bank > Audience Push History. The list displays the name of the pushed audience and the associated sub-campaign. If the number is displayed, hover the mouse will display all associated sub-activities), push type (single push or periodic push), creation time (of push history), push target, ID type, encryption method, audience size, push status, and other information, as shown in the following figure.

There are four types of push states:

  • Pending: The maximum parallelism of data bank push has been set in the Workspace System Configuration, and audience which exceed the limit need to wait in line for push.

  • Pushing

  • Push failed

  • The notification or message is pushed.

You can perform the following operations on push history:

  • Search: Select a group from the Audience drop-down list above the list to query the push history of the group. You can also query from the upper right corner via the keyword.

  • Edit: Click Edit in the Actions column corresponding to the push history. You can disable the push switch, change the push time, encryption method, ID type, and push target account. You cannot edit a single push.

  • Re-push: If a push task fails to be pushed, click Re-push to restart the push task.

  • Enter data bank: Click Enter data bank to go to the data bank and view the pushed audience data.
