After you create an audience, push it as a CSV file to Brand Databank, Damengpan, Kafka from the Audience Management page.

Push to Kafka

Push audience user IDs to Kafka on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly schedule, or perform a one-time push of user IDs or labels.

All ID types are supported.

Note
  • Pushes to Alibaba Cloud Kafka and open source Kafka are supported. An administrator must first create a Kafka API operation.

  • A single push must contain fewer than 10 million IDs. Otherwise, the push fails.

  • A single push supports up to 30 labels.

  • You can also create push tasks using an API operation. Contact the API provider for instructions.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Workspace > User Insights > Audience Insights > Audience Management > My Audiences, and click Push for the desired audience. image

  2. In the dialog box, select Open API and Kafka from the Push to drop-down list, and then select the Kafka API operation.

  3. Set the push time.

    • For a Scheduled Push, turn on Enable Push and set the Push Time (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly), Start Time, and End Time.

      image

If a scheduled push is already configured, click Remove Configuration in the lower-right corner to delete it.

    • For a One-time Push, the push runs immediately.image

  4. Select a Push Type and the fields to push.

    • Audience Push: In the Push Fields list, select the ID type to push.

    • Audience and Label Push: Select the ID type from Push ID Type, then select label fields from Push Fields.

To use a label alias in Kafka, modify the field name mapping on the right. The modified name replaces the original field name in the push.

      Note

You can select up to 30 labels. Available labels come from the user tag table of the audience source.

  5. Click Save or Confirm Push. The data is pushed to Kafka.

    Note
    • If a concurrent Kafka push limit is configured in the Management Hub, audiences exceeding this limit are queued. Configure the concurrency in Space System Settings.

    • The encryption method for the ID field is included in the push, but the data is not decrypted.

  6. Click Push History to view the push results.

The pushed user count is the sum across all ID types and may differ from the total audience size.

Push to internal modules

If you have purchased Social Interaction, Retail CRM, or Media Placement, push audience user IDs to the corresponding module to use its features.

Push to Social Interaction

Supported ID types and encryption methods for Social Interaction:

  • Audience Push: By default, the Social Interaction customer ID (plaintext) is pushed. This ID corresponds to the `maiscrm_id` field used by the Social Interaction module.

  • Audience and Label Push: You can push the Social Interaction customer ID (plaintext) and label fields at the same time.

Procedure:

  1. Go to Workspace > User Insights > Audience Insights > Audience Management > My Audiences, and click Push for the audience.image

  2. In the dialog box, select Internal Module and Social Interaction from the Push to drop-down list.

  3. Set the push time.

    • For a Scheduled Push, turn on Enable Push and set the Push Time (daily, weekly, or monthly), Start Time, and End Time.image

If a scheduled push is already configured, click Remove Configuration in the lower-right corner to delete it.

    • For a One-time Push, the push runs immediately.image

  4. Select a Push Type and the fields to push.

    • Audience Push: The Social Interaction customer ID (plaintext) is always pushed. You do not need to select an ID type.

    • Audience and Label Push: Select Social Interaction Customer ID for Push ID Type, then select label fields from Push Fields.

To use a label alias in Social Interaction, modify the field name mapping on the right. The modified name replaces the original field name in the push.

      Note

Labels that were synchronized from Social Interaction are excluded from the list of available labels.

  5. Click Save or Confirm Push. The data is pushed to Social Interaction.

  6. Click Push History to view the push results.

The pushed user count is the sum across all ID types and may differ from the total audience size.

If a push fails, click Repush. A successful push means the audience file reached OSS, but does not guarantee the target module has retrieved it. Verify the audience is active in the corresponding module.

    Note

  6. Click Push History to view the push results.

The pushed user count is the sum across all ID types and may differ from the total audience size.
