Configure the Alibaba Cloud SMS API to send marketing messages through Quick Audience. Your Alibaba Cloud account must have the SMS service activated.
Procedure
In the upper-right corner
of the page, choose Organizations > API Management. 
Alibaba Cloud SMS Settings: Click Edit, configure the following items, and then click Save.
AccessKey ID and AccessKey Secret: Log on to Alibaba Cloud SMS with your Alibaba Cloud account or RAM user, then click Obtain Parameters to get your AccessKey pair. Obtain an AccessKey pair.
To receive SMS replies, turn on Receive Upstream Messages, then configure: Upstream Messages-MNS Queue Name and Upstream Message Backflow Analysis Source.
Status Report API-MNS Queue Name, Upstream Message-MNS Queue Name: Log on to Alibaba Cloud SMS with your Alibaba Cloud account and click Access here to view the queue configuration page.
Upstream Message Backflow Analysis Source: Select an analysis source to store received SMS replies.
Enable SMS Public Number: After you configure an Alibaba Cloud SMS API, you can apply for the SMS Public Number feature regardless of whether you enable upstream message reception. For more information, see Activate Alibaba Cloud SMS Official Account.
Activate Alibaba Cloud SMS Official Account
After you configure the Alibaba Cloud SMS API, Taobao or Tmall store merchants can apply for the SMS Official Account feature. Promotional messages can then include store information, menus, and links.
This feature is provided by Alibaba Cloud SMS.
Procedure
In the upper-right corner
of the page, choose Organizations > API Management. 
In the SMS Settings section, click Apply for Activate. Configure the following parameters on the SMS Public Number application page:
Shop Information: Displayed on the SMS page. The right-side preview shows your configured style.
Store Name: Enter a maximum of 15 characters.
SMS Signature: Only signatures approved by the SMS platform can be added.
Logo upload: PNG format, 400×400 pixels, white background.
Menu Information: Displayed at the bottom of the SMS page. The right-side preview shows your configured style.
Left Menu Copy: Select Shop Homepage from the drop-down list.
Left Menu Link: Enter a URL under taobao.com, tmall.com, or tb.cn. Copy your store homepage link. Maximum 108 characters.
Chinese Menu Copy: Select Hot Products or Selected Products from the drop-down list.
Middle menu link: Enter a URL under taobao.com, tmall.com, or tb.cn. Copy a product listing link. Maximum 108 characters.
Right Menu Copy: Select Member Center, Membership Gifts, New Product recommend, Latest Activities, and Shop from the drop-down list.
Right Menu Link: Enter a URL under taobao.com, tmall.com, or tb.cn. Maximum 108 characters.
Contact Information: Required for application approval.
Name: Maximum 15 characters.
Phone: Enter a phone number and click Send Verification.
Verification Code: Enter the verification code.
Email: Maximum 108 characters.
Alibaba Cloud Account: Maximum 108 characters.
Click Submit after completing all fields.
A reviewer will process the application. After activation, promotional messages sent through Alibaba Cloud SMS include the SMS Official Account style (only applicable to Android phones such as Huawei, Xiaomi, Vivo, and OPPO).
