Configure a third-party SMS API to use an external SMS service in the User Marketing module.
Procedure:
In the upper-right corner of the page, click
and select Organization Management > API Management.In the SMS parameter settings section, click Edit. Configure the following parameters:
Parameter
Description
API Name
Enter the full name of the third-party SMS platform.
Callback URL
Enter the callback URL for reviews or sending. The URL must start with http:// or https://. QA uses this URL to retrieve SMS templates and signature reviews, send content notifications, and get review statuses. The complete URL for each API is displayed at the bottom.
Develop the API according to the specifications. For more information, see Third-party SMS Platform API Specifications.
Authentication Key
Select an authentication method:
None: No authentication is performed.
Key: Text messages are authenticated with a key. Enter the authentication key.
Unsubscribe Text
Custom inferred content
Mobile Originated Message Receiving
Enable this option to receive replies from users.
If you enable this option, select an ADB 3.0 analysis source to save user replies.
SMS Receipt Receiving Mode
QA actively queries on demand.
The third party pushes results to QA on demand.
Scope
Select spaces within the current organization.
Click OK to save the configuration. To modify the configuration, click Edit.
