A workspace is an independent business space for managing data and running user marketing campaigns for a single brand within a corporate group. Workspace administrators and organization administrators can manage the following aspects of a workspace:

Workspace Member Management: Add and manage workspace members and assign workspace roles that grant permissions to perform operations within the workspace.

Workspace Role Management: Add and manage workspace roles and the members assigned to them.

Workspace Member Group Management: Create and manage workspace member groups for batch authorization.

Workspace System Settings: Configure settings that apply only to the current workspace, including:

Set the number of concurrent tasks for scheduled data imports, audience creation and updates, and model updates.

Set the maximum number of concurrent push tasks for Data Bank, Damengpan, and Kafka.

Workspace API Configuration: Create and manage push APIs for Kafka, Data Bank, and Damengpan.

Member Access: View member activity statistics, including the number of access days and page clicks within the Member Insights and User Marketing modules, as well as the number of times members create audiences and AIPL models, push data to Data Bank and Kafka, and send marketing tasks. You can export the data.

Self-service Analysis Configuration: Select the data tables to use in self-service analysis and connect them to Quick BI.
