AIPL User Analysis shows how many users fall into each stage of the AIPL model — Awareness, Interest, Purchase, and Loyalty — and how those counts have changed over time.

Procedure
-
Go to the AIPL User Analysis page using one of the following methods:
In the left-side navigation pane, choose User Insight > User Analysis > AIPL User Analysis.
Choose Workspace > User Insight > Marketing Model > AIPL Model. On the AIPL Models page, click AIPL User Analysis for the model you want to analyze.
-
In the upper-right corner, select the AIPL model and the calculation base date. The analysis chart updates automatically.
NoteIf you navigated from the AIPL Models page, the corresponding AIPL model is pre-selected.

The analysis result has two sections:
-
AIPL Data Overview
Shows the total number of users in each of the four AIPL stages — Awareness, Interest, Purchase, and Loyalty — as of the calculation base date.
If the calculation base date is today, click the
icon in the upper-right corner of any stage card to create a user group from that stage. In the panel that appears, select a user type, enter the group name and description, specify whether to make it a public user group, select the save directory, and select an associated sub-campaign. Then click OK. For more information about campaigns, see Marketing Campaign Documentation.
-
Consumer Changing Trends
Click a stage in the AIPL Data Overview section to see how the user count for that stage changed in the days before the base date. The horizontal axis represents time; the vertical axis represents user count.
The trend chart covers up to 30 days before the base date. Use the slider on the thumbnail below the chart to zoom into a specific time range.
