When you attach Quick Audience to Data Bank, provide the brand owner name, brand name, Data Bank account, and Data Bank token.
To activate Data Bank for your brand, contact your Alibaba Cloud business representative.
To obtain a Data Bank access token, follow these steps:
Log on to Data Bank with the root account of the E-commerce Department Default Group. For data security, only this account has permission to view the token.
Go to the access token page as shown in the following figure.
From the Quick Audience Access Token page, copy an unused token.
NoteEach token is valid for 24 hours. After a token expires, the system generates a new one. You must complete the attachment within 24 hours of obtaining the token.
A token can be used only once.
If you have multiple Brand Databank accounts, ensure that you are logged in to the correct account.
