Push user IDs from an audience to Data Bank. Pushes can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, or monthly, or as a one-time task.
For Taobao OUIDs, the number of users pushed and the number of users after ID matching in Data Bank must both be between 2,000 and 10 million. For all other ID types, the number of users pushed must be between 5,000 and 200 million, and the number of users after ID matching must be between 2,000 and 50 million. If these conditions are not met, the push fails.
Due to Data Bank limitations, a single brand cannot receive more than 5,000 audience pushes per year.
Procedure:
Go to Workspace Management > User Insights > Audience Insights > Audience Management > My Audiences, and click Push for the target audience.

In the dialog box that appears, from the Push to drop-down list, select Associated Application, Data Bank, and the Data Bank brand.
Set the push schedule.
For a Periodic Push, turn on the Enable Push switch, and then set the Push Time (daily, weekly, or monthly), Start Time, and End Time.

If a periodic push is already configured for the audience, you can click the Remove Configuration button in the lower-right corner to clear the existing configuration. After you clear the configuration, the periodic push will no longer run.
For a One-time Push, no schedule is required. The push task runs immediately.

Push Encryption Method: To ensure information security, the system pushes user IDs encrypted with MD5, SHA256, or as Taobao OUIDs. The methods are as follows:
If you select Taobao OUID, Taobao OUIDs are pushed. Because Taobao provides these IDs in an already encrypted state using a proprietary method, this encryption is maintained during the push.
If you select MD5, you can only push IDs that were originally unencrypted, or encrypted with MD5 or AES. IDs imported with SHA256 encryption cannot be pushed. During the push, unencrypted IDs are encrypted with MD5, AES-encrypted IDs are decrypted and then re-encrypted with MD5, and IDs already encrypted with MD5 are pushed directly.
If you select SHA256, you can only push IDs that were originally unencrypted, or encrypted with SHA256 or AES. IDs imported with MD5 encryption cannot be pushed. During the push, unencrypted IDs are encrypted with SHA256, AES-encrypted IDs are decrypted and then re-encrypted with SHA256, and IDs already encrypted with SHA256 are pushed directly.
The encryption method used for an ID field at the time of import is declared in the table schema configuration. For more information, see the Table Structure Configuration document.
If you set the push encryption method to Taobao OUID, the Select Store option appears. Select a store associated with your Data Bank brand. The Taobao OUIDs will be pushed to the selected store.
NoteEach brand can send up to 10 pushes per day.

Associate Sub-campaign: You can associate the push task with one or more sub-campaigns. To do this, select a main campaign and then select a sub-campaign under it. Independent sub-campaigns are displayed under - at the end of the main campaign list. For more information about campaigns, see the Marketing Campaign document.
Push Fields: Select the ID types that you want to push from the list.
NoteIf the push encryption method is set to Taobao OUID, the Push Fields configuration item does not appear. The system pushes Taobao OUIDs by default, and no selection is required.
In addition to Taobao OUID, you can push phone numbers, email addresses, MAC addresses, International Mobile Equipment Identities (IMEIs), identifiers for advertisers (IDFAs), International Mobile Subscriber Identities (IMSIs), Open Anonymous Device Identifiers (OAIDs), Taobao IDs, and Taobao nicknames.
An ID type may be available for selection even if it contains no data for the audience. If you select an ID type with no data, it will be pushed to Data Bank as an empty field.
Click Save or Confirm Push to push the data to Data Bank.
NoteIf a Data Bank push concurrency limit is set in the Management Hub, audiences that exceed the limit are placed in a queue. For information about how to set this limit, see Space System Settings.
Click Push History to view the push results.
The 'Actual Pushed Count' in the list is the sum of users for each selected ID type. This number can be greater than, less than, or equal to the audience size.
If a push fails, you can click Repush to try again. If a push is successful, click Enter Data Bank to use the pushed data.
