Organization Management Overview
An organization administrator performs the following tasks:
Initialization: If an organization has not been created, enter a name for the organization and click Create.
Organization Member Management: Manage organization members, assign organization administrators, add members to a workspace, assign roles to members in the workspace, and remove members from the organization.
Workspace Management: Create and edit workspaces, set the default workspace, manage workspace members, and delete workspaces.
Data Authorization:
Report Authorization: Grant reports from Quick BI that have the embedding feature enabled to a workspace.
API Management:
API Configuration: Configure Alibaba Cloud text message and email APIs, third-party text message APIs, and Umeng U-Push APIs to grant authorization to the corresponding marketing channels.
Quick BI Authorization: Grant your purchased Quick BI instance to Quick Audience. This allows Quick Audience to embed data reports created in Quick BI.
Tablestore Authorization: Grant your purchased Tablestore instance to Quick Audience to map user IDs from event data.
Organization Settings: Obtain the organization's AccessKey, set the AES key, and set the domain name for shortened links.
QT Event Authorization: Grant the Quick Tracking instrumentation application to Quick Audience. This allows Quick Audience to receive event data reported by Quick Tracking.
