AIPL flow analysis tracks how users in the AIPL Model move between awareness, interest, purchase, and loyalty stages within a selected date range. Use it to identify which users converted to a higher stage, which stalled, and which churned — then save those segments as audiences for retention or re-engagement campaigns.

No data in the analysis chart means the current value is 0.
Procedure
-
Open the AIPL Flow Analysis page using one of these methods:
In the left-side navigation pane, choose User Insight > User Analysis > AIPL Flow Analysis.
Choose Workspace > User Insight > Marketing Model > AIPL Model. On the Marketing Model page, find the AIPL model you want to analyze and click AIPL Flow Analysis.
-
In the upper-right corner, select the AIPL model and date range. The analysis chart updates automatically.
NoteIf you opened AIPL Flow Analysis from the AIPL Model page, the corresponding model is pre-selected.
The analysis result has three sections:
-
Number of users
Shows the number of users in each AIPL stage — awareness, interest, purchase, and loyalty — at the end of the date range, along with the period-over-period change from the start date.

-
User conversion
A user conversion occurs when a user moves from one AIPL stage to any other stage. Hover over a data bar to see the number of users who converted from that stage.
Example: If 10 users were in the awareness stage at the start date and 1 moved to interest by the end date, that 1 user counts as a conversion. The awareness stage shows a conversion count of 1.
The total aware users at the start date equals: users who remained in awareness + users who converted out of awareness (to interest, purchase, or loyalty) + users who churned from awareness.

Click a data bar to save the converted users as an audience. Enter the audience name and description, set visibility, select the group, and choose the associated sub-activity. For details, see Marketing campaign documentation. Then click OK.

-
User churn
A user churns when they are no longer counted in their original AIPL stage and have not converted to any other stage. The churn count covers all four AIPL stages.
Churn rate = churn count / count at start date × 100%

Click a churn item to save those users as an audience. Enter the audience name and description, set visibility, select the group, and choose the associated sub-activity (for details, see Marketing campaign documentation). Then click OK.
