Associate sub-campaigns with audiences and marketing tasks

Because sub-campaigns represent the marketing activities that are actually executed, you can associate them with audiences and marketing tasks:

  • When you create or edit an audience, associate the audience with a sub-campaign. For more information, see the Audience Management document.

  • When you create or edit a marketing task (excluding WeChat Marketing, Douyin Marketing, and Kafka Push), associate the marketing task with a sub-campaign. For more information, see the User Marketing and Automated Marketing documents.

Embed Quick BI reports

You can create reports in the Quick BI visual analytics platform using campaign-related data, and then embed them into the marketing campaign page for display and visual analysis of campaign performance. The reports also support automatic filtering to display data for the current marketing campaign.

Note
  • You must purchase Quick BI Professional Edition and use Quick BI to create and publish reports. For information about how to purchase and use Quick BI, see the Quick BI User Guide.

  • You can embed reports into Quick Audience only when the data source of the Quick BI report is of the ADB 3.0 type.

  • Reports embedded in the marketing campaign page can automatically filter and display data for the current campaign only when the data source of the Quick BI report and the analysis source used by the Quick Audience workspace are the same ADB 3.0 database.

Procedure:

  1. A Quick Audience organization administrator configures Quick BI authorization. For more information, see Quick BI Authorization Configuration.

  2. In the Quick BI console, perform the following operations:

    1. A Quick BI administrator configures the embedding channel for embedding reports into Quick Audience.

    2. A Quick BI workspace member creates and saves the report.

When creating the report, use the data synced from the marketing campaign to your ADB 3.0 analysis source.

    3. If you want Quick Audience to automatically filter and display data for the current marketing campaign, in addition to using the data synced from the campaign to ADB 3.0, you must also set the activity_id field in the data as a global parameterglobal parameter. The parameter name must be set to `activityid`, as shown in the following figure.

  3. A Quick Audience organization administrator grants permissions on the report with embedding enabled to the workspace. For more information, see Report Authorization.

If you have already configured report embedding in Quick BI in the previous step, you can skip this step.

  4. A Quick Audience organization administrator or workspace administrator embeds the report.

    1. Go to Workspace > Configuration Management > Marketing Configuration > Report Configuration, as shown in the following figure.image

    2. In the upper-right corner, click Associate Dashboard.

    3. In the pop-up window, select a report and click OK, as shown in the following figure.346

  5. Administrators and members with a custom role that includes the `User Marketing > Marketing Management > Marketing Campaign > Campaign Dashboard` permission can go to the details page of any main campaign or sub-campaign. Click Data Analysis in the upper-right corner to open the analysis page, where the report loads.

If the `activity_id` field from the data synced to ADB 3.0 was set as a global parameter for the report, the report automatically filters and displays data for the current marketing campaign. As shown in the following figure, only the ID of the current marketing campaign is displayed under "Campaign ID".
