This topic describes how to activate Cloud Call Center from the Customer Service Cloud page.
Register an Alibaba Cloud account and complete enterprise identity verification
Register an Alibaba Cloud account. For more information, see Alibaba Cloud account registration.
Complete enterprise identity verification. For more information, see Enterprise identity verification.
Activate Cloud Call Center
Method 1
Log on to the Customer Service Cloud console. On the home page, navigate to Cloud Call Center and click Activate. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the service.
Activation Method 2:
Log on to the Customer Service Cloud console. Go to Cloud Call Center > Activation Guide, and click Activate. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the service.
The success page is displayed, which indicates that Cloud Call Center is activated.
The Cloud Call Center console then appears, as shown in the following figure:

Alibaba Cloud Call Center Service Activation
Cloud Call Center offers two billing models:
Subscription: You are charged a fixed monthly fee for each agent.
Pay-as-you-go: You are charged based on the total duration of inbound and outbound calls across all agents. This model supports an unlimited number of agents and does not include a fixed monthly fee for each agent.
Choose one of the two billing models to activate the Cloud Call Center service.
