This topic describes how to activate Alibaba Cloud Contact Center. You can use one of the methods below.
Account registration and verification
Register an Alibaba Cloud account. See Account Registration (PC) for instructions.
Complete enterprise verification. See Enterprise Verification for instructions.
Activate Alibaba Cloud Contact Center
Method 1
Log on to the Lingque console. Navigate to Home > Cloud Contact Center and click Activate. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.
Method 2
Log on to the Customer Service Cloud console. Navigate to Alibaba Cloud Contact Center > Activation Wizard and click Activate. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.
The confirmation page shown below indicates that Alibaba Cloud Contact Center has been successfully activated.
You can then access the Alibaba Cloud Contact Center console:
