Cloud Call Center provides all the features for a complete call flow. You can set up a call center quickly with a few simple configurations.
Prerequisites
Set up a call center in one minute
Step 1:
Go to the Cloud Intelligent Customer Service console. On the Instance Management - V2 page, click the Create button. In the panel that slides out from the right, fill in the form.
Step 2:
Fill in the details on the form.
Name: Enter a custom name. Note: Call center instance names must be unique within the same Alibaba Cloud account.
Endpoint: Enter a unique domain name. This domain name cannot be changed after the instance is created. You can use your company's English name to make it easy to remember.
Description: Enter a custom description or a brief introduction to your call center business.
Call Center Number: Select a number for the call center. If you select a 400 number, outbound calls are not supported.
Administrator: By default, the user who creates the instance is the administrator. You can add other administrators by importing them from RAM or by creating new administrator accounts. Administrators can manage the configuration of the call center instance.
Step 3:
After you fill in the form, click OK. A simple call center instance is created. After a few seconds, refresh the page. The new Cloud Call Center instance appears in the list.
After the instance is created, the system creates a default skill group for the call center. Call center agents are attached to the default skill group. The number is attached to a welcome flow, which allows users to connect directly without pressing any keys. The skill group is attached to an outbound number, which allows agents to make outbound calls. Click the blue endpoint link, log on to the agent workbench, and make a test call.
