The publishing center centralizes all publishing operations for the Q&A system. You can use it to publish content from the staging environment to the production environment.
Note: Publishing knowledge affects production data. During the publishing process, the module being published is locked and cannot be modified. Publish with caution.
In addition to using the publishing center, you can also publish content when you publish the robot. This process isolates data between the production and staging environments. You can view the conversation flow environment associated with the robot.
Knowledge publishing
Select the content to publish and click the Publish button in the lower-right corner. The system then generates a unique version number for each published module.
Publishing records
You can view all publishing operation records in the Publishing records section. You can also cancel a publication that is in progress.
