Renewals and upgrades

Use this interface to change Chatbot editions or purchase data transfer plans.

Chatbot offers several editions: Trial, Standard, Enterprise, Ultimate, and English. You can switch between editions. However, you cannot downgrade from a paid edition to the Trial Edition. The lowest edition to which you can downgrade is the Standard Edition. Each account can activate the Trial Edition only once.

Data transfer plans are available in five tiers: 10,000 calls/month, 100,000 calls/month, 5,000,000 calls/month, 30,000,000 calls/month, and 60,000,000 calls/month. Click "Purchase" to buy the plan you need.
