Service invocation node

Updated at:

Use service registry and service invocation nodes to decouple conversation flow designers from service developers. The global service feature in advanced options allows services to be referenced in multiple conversation flows for reuse.

Go to Global services

Content settings

To select a service, you must first register it in Global services. After the service is created, set its status to published. You can then select the service in this node.

You can specify a message to display if a service invocation fails due to a timeout.

Action settings

You can configure actions for the message that is displayed when a service invocation fails.

In the action settings, you can use variables to collect flow results or perform internal logic checks. When you assign a value, you can reference a variable or use a static field. For certain business tags, select the corresponding check box to display the tags in reports.
