Created by:
1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console with your tenant account. Move your mouse over your profile picture and click Resource Access Management in the dropdown menu.
2. On the Users page, click Create User.
3. On the Create User page, fill in the required fields, which are marked with an asterisk (*). The Logon Name and Display Name can be the same. For Access Mode, select Console Access. Set Console Password to Custom Password for an easier logon. If you select Autogenerated Password by mistake, you must delete and recreate the user.
4. After you create the user, click Add Permissions to grant permissions to the user.
5. In the search box under System Policies, search for "Manage Alibaba Cloud Chatbot Permissions", click the policy name, and then click OK.
6. The created RAM user must log on from the RAM user logon page.
7. Enter the username and password of the RAM user to log on.
8. When the RAM user logs on for the first time, they must change their password and then log on again.
9. After the RAM user logs on to the Alibaba Cloud console, they can go to the Chatbot console and choose System Administration > User Management. The created RAM user is displayed in the user list. To manage the user's settings within Chatbot, you must log out of the RAM user account and log on with your tenant account.
10. After you log on to the Chatbot console with your tenant account, you can search for the RAM user by their account name or display name. Click Edit to modify the user's display name or add notes.
