On the User permissions page, you can manage role assignments for users. Roles determine which features a user can access. You can also configure fine-grained permissions for knowledge categories and chatbot scopes.
Query user permissions
You can query user permissions by account name and role.
Edit permissions
When you edit permissions, you can select multiple roles. The user's final permissions are the union of all selected roles.
After you select roles, you can configure the following fine-grained permissions:
Knowledge category: Controls permissions for FAQ categories. Select Custom to view and select specific categories. If you select All, no restrictions are applied.
Chatbot scope: Controls permissions for specific chatbots. Select Custom to view and select specific chatbots. If you select All, no restrictions are applied.
Revoke permissions
You can revoke role permissions assigned to a user. You can also do this by editing the user's permissions.
