Skill group reports provide detailed statistical data for skill groups.
The key features are:
You can quickly filter data by time or a custom time range.
You can search by skill group ID or name.
You can customize which table header fields to show or hide.
You can view detailed data for agents, outbound calls, and inbound calls in separate forms. These forms contain more than 30 fields.
You can download reports.
The product interface is described as follows:
Select which fields to display.
Click the "Download" button to download the agent report.
