Customer management lets you edit customer information and apply tags to create customer portraits. This helps you provide targeted services and accurately assign service resources.
1. Customer list
1.1 Add a customer
Go to Customer Management > Customer List. Click Add Customer. Enter the required information and click Save.
Field descriptions:
Customer ID: The system generates this automatically.
Alipay Account: You must enter either an Alipay account or a mobile number. This field supports up to 50 characters.
Mobile Number: You must enter either a mobile number or an Alipay account. The system automatically validates the mobile number format.
Customer Name: Required and must be unique. The name must start with a Chinese character or a letter and can contain numbers, hyphens (-), underscores (_), slashes (/), backslashes (\), parentheses, the at sign (@), and quotation marks. This field supports up to 50 characters.
Email: Optional. The customer's email address.
ID Document Type: Resident ID Card, Passport, Social Security Card, Driver's License, or Hong Kong and Macao Travel Permit.
Alipay Nickname: The customer's public Alipay nickname.
Notes: Optional. This field supports up to 200 characters.
After you add a customer, they appear in the customer list. You can then view or edit their information.
1.2 Query customers
Go to Customer Management > Customer List and search for customers using keywords.
Note:
(1) All customer information for the current tenant is displayed.
(2) You can customize the filter fields.
(3) Field matching rules: A fuzzy match is performed on the Customer ID, Customer Name, Notes, and text fields. An exact match is used for all other fields.
1.3 Batch import or export all
Go to Customer Management > Customer List. To import customers in a batch, click Batch Import. Download the import template, complete it, upload the file, and then click OK. To export all customer information, click Export All.
Note:
(1) Batch import only supports .xls files. You can import up to 1,000 entries at a time.
(2) If the import template includes a tag field, only entries with tags that already exist in Tag Management can be imported. The import will fail for entries that contain tags that do not exist.
2. Tag management
2.1 Add a tag
Administrators can view, add, edit, and delete tags. Dedicated customer service representatives can only view tags.
Go to Customer Management > Tag Management. Click Add Tag. Enter a tag name and notes, then click OK.
Field descriptions:
Tag Name: Required and must be unique. The name can only contain Chinese characters, numbers, letters, and hyphens (-). This field supports up to 20 characters and is case-sensitive.
Tag Categorization: Required. The category of the tag.
Notes: Optional. This field supports up to 200 characters.
2.2 Edit or delete a tag
Go to Customer Management > Tag Management. To edit or delete a tag, click Edit or Delete in the corresponding row.
3. Custom fields
3.1 Add a custom customer field
Only administrators can view, add, edit, and delete custom fields.
Go to Customer Management > Customer Fields. Click Add Field. Enter a field name, select a field type, and click Add.
Field descriptions:
(1) Field Name: Required and must be unique. The name can only contain Chinese characters, numbers, letters, and hyphens (-). This field supports up to 5 characters and is case-sensitive.
(2) Field Type: Required. The available types are Text, Integer, Decimal, Time Range, and Drop-down List.
(3) Show in List: Select this to display the field in the customer list.
(4) Use as Filter Condition: To use a field as a filter condition, you must first select Show in List for that field. You can select up to six filter fields.
3.2 Edit or delete a custom field
After you add a custom field, you can edit or delete it.
