The usage statistics feature displays audio and video call data for a specific application. You can filter this data by time. The data is organized into four dimensions: call duration, online duration, channel count, and user count. Each dimension provides a metric overview, usage trends, and usage details.

Prerequisites

You must have a project and an application created in the mPaaS console. For more information, see Create a call application.

Steps

  1. Log on to the mPaaS console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Multimedia Service > Audio and Video Call > Usage Statistics. The Call Duration page appears by default.

  2. Click the Call Duration, Online Duration, Channel Count, or User Count tab. On the tab that appears, you can query data by application and time.

    • Call Application: Click the Call Application drop-down list to view usage data for all call applications or a specific one.

    • Time Range: You can view call data for Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days. You can also query data for a custom time period.

      Note

For a custom time period, you can query data from the past year. The maximum time span for a query is 30 days. Data is available only from January 1, 2022.

  3. Each tab displays the following three types of data for all applications or a specific application.

    • Metric Overview: Displays metric data for the selected dimension. For example, the call duration dimension shows the duration of voice and video calls at different definitions.

    • Trend Graph: Displays the change trends of each metric within the selected dimension.

    • Usage Details: Displays the detailed daily data volume of audio and video calls for different dimensions.
