Quick Audience allows you to push user IDs and tags associated with people and user IDs of AIPL models to your brand data bank, manage and analyze consumer assets in all channels based on brands, and apply people to various marketing channels in Alibaba Cloud to realize online and offline integration of consumer analysis and online secondary contact, which can improve the efficiency of enterprise brand omni-channel consumer operation. This topic describes how to configure push settings for a data bank.

Prerequisites

  • A group of people to be pushed is generated by using operations such as Audience Filtering. An AIPL Model is created.

  • Brand data bank is activated. If you have not activated the service, you can activate the service. For more information, see Activate Guide.

Get token and bind

Before you push data to DataBank, Quick Audience needs to bind a DataBank account. The DataBank account bound in the workspace can only be used by the workspace.

  1. The QuickAudience access token needs to be verified during binding. Therefore, obtain the token first.

    1. Log on to the Data Bank console. To ensure data security, you must log on to the console by using the Alibaba Cloud account of the E-commerce Department default group.

    2. As shown in the following figure, go to the Access Token page. image.png

    3. Copy an unused token from the QuickAudience Access Token page. 2

      Note
      • The token is valid for 24 hours, and the system will renew the token when it expires. Please bind within 24 hours after obtaining the token.

      • A token can only be used for one binding.

      • If no access token is obtained:

        • Please confirm with your service provider that Brand Data Bank is activated.

        • If you have multiple Brand Data bank accounts, check that you're signed in to the correct account.

  2. Bind a data bank account.

    1. Choose Workspace> Configuration Management > Marketing Configuration > Account Management. Click Account Authorization. In the dialog box that appears, select Data Bank from the drop-down list. image
