    Note
    • By default, the SMS signature uses the signature when the SMS was originally sent to this user.

    • You can use only approved SMS templates that contain no variables. For more information, see Create Text SMS Template.

    • For text messages with bulk replies, if there are duplicate numbers in the selected numbers, only one reply will be sent for each number.

The generated reply user task is also added to the task list on the Normal Tasks tab. The corresponding message type is marked as Message Response. In the list, you can view the sending status, number of actually sent messages, and number of successfully sent messages.

Filter unsubscribe tendency reply

Select Dissubscribe Tendency above the list. Only replies that contain the tendency to unsubscribe are displayed in the list.

Note

The displayed content contains the keywords TD, T, N, td, t, n, and unsubscribe. Whether the user unsubscribes successfully depends on the unsubscription policy implemented by the SMS platform. You need to log on to the corresponding SMS platform console to view the unsubscription.
