Users own the app resources that they create. By default, users have full permissions to manage their resources using the APIs described in this document.
However, a newly created RAM user is not authorized by default to manage resources that belong to the Alibaba Cloud account. To allow the RAM user to manage these resources, you must grant permissions to the RAM user using Resource Access Management (RAM).
Before you use RAM to grant permissions to access app resources, read the RAM product documentation and the API reference.
