Join the EMAS Developer Group on DingTalk (Group ID: 35248489). You can mention the @Technical Support Bot to quickly and easily search the knowledge base.
You can request support from an engineer in the EMAS Developer Group. For Android-related issues, contact EMAS-Android-Support-xx. For iOS-related issues, contact EMAS-iOS-Support-xx. The `xx` is a placeholder for the nickname of a technical support engineer in the group. You may experience a wait because of a high volume of requests.
