Feedback management

This topic describes how to manage user feedback, including all feedback, new sessions, and new follow-ups.

Background information

  • All Feedback: All user feedback comments in the application.

  • New Sessions: Comments from users who are providing feedback for the first time and have not yet received a reply.

  • New Follow-ups: Unreplied comments to which a user has added more information.

Manage all feedback

  1. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Mobile Feedback > Feedback Management to go to the Feedback Management page.

  2. On the Feedback Management page, click the All Feedback tab.

  3. You can set the search content, filter by time range, date, status, and version, and select tags to view user feedback based on the specified criteria.

  4. In the Favorite column for a specific comment, click 收藏 to add the comment to your favorites.

  5. In the Related Operations column for a specific comment, click Reply to reply to the comment.

New sessions

  1. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Mobile Feedback > Feedback Management to go to the Feedback Management page.

  2. On the Feedback Management page, click the New Sessions tab.

  3. You can set the search content, filter by time range, date, and version, and select tags to view comments from users who are providing feedback for the first time and have not been replied to.

  4. In the Favorite column for a specific comment, click 收藏 to add the comment to your favorites.

  5. In the Related Operations column for a specific comment, click Reply to reply to the comment.

New follow-ups

  1. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Mobile Feedback > Feedback Management to go to the Feedback Management page.

  2. On the Feedback Management page, click the New Follow-ups tab.

  3. You can set the search content, filter by time range, date, status, and version, and select tags to view unreplied comments to which a user has added more information.

  4. In the Favorite column for a specific comment, click 收藏 to add the comment to your favorites.

  5. In the Related Operations column for a specific comment, click Reply to reply to the comment.
